Q: Since downloading iOS 7

After downloading updates the screen does not empty but leaves the apps with"Open". Even after opening them the screen does not clear. Any cure?

How to Close Apps

Double Tap the Home Button... Then swipe the App Upwards... Tap the Home Button when finished.

That's normal for IOS 7
