Problems downloading Movie(s) Extras

Hello and to whom it may concern,

I am having a problem... and the problem is with downloading extras for movies
that I have purchased. The warning message I receive is as follows...

For more information on this items that could not be downloaded, click below.

and when I select the link it tells me that...

There was a problem downloading "Star Trek Into Darkness - iTunes Extras" You do
not have enough privleges for this operation.

Please check that the connection to the network is active and try again.

This also is the case with my most recent purchase "World War Z (Unrated Cut)"

Well, I have checked and since I am abale to connect to the internet and download
other items so...

I am not sure what to do but Please help.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, I have just upgraded to iTunes 11.1.0.126

and I have also upgraded to iOS 7 on my iPhone
