How to get initial setup back again?

I activated by accident to sync the iCloud calendar in the initial first time setup on my new machine. However I only want to sync tasks and contacts. I deleted everything and even deinstalled and installed icloud CP from scratch but it does not let me choose the sync options for Outlook when initiated the first time. It grabs the setting from somewhere and syncs contacts,calendar and tasks as I set them the first time. Where the heck is this preference stored so I can delete it and iCloud asks me again which to sync from the 3 options? I am desperate.
