My Photo Stream is empty with iCloud Control Panel 3.0

I've got iPhone, iPad and PC (Windows 8) in sync with iCloud Control Panel 2 properly before.

Days ago I upgraded to iCloud Control Panel 3.0, Other shared photo streams and iCloud bookmarks are sync perfectly but "My Photo Stream" is not sync on PC anymore. I've cleaned up iCloud Photos sync folder completely and signed in to the iCloud Control Panel again, but "My Photo Stream" is just not sync.

Any idea?

I'm having exactly the same issue - Windows 8 Pro 64-bit, iCloud Control Panel 3.0 - Shared Streams work fine, but My Photo Stream won't download or sync deletions or additions. I've tried signing in/out, reinstalling, changing the "iCloud Photos" folder location (I've also had the "1 item with unsupported format" error when doing this), but nothing works.

Worked fine with iCloud Control Panel 2.x.. My iOS devices (iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPad Retina 3rd gen) all on iOS 7 sync no problems.

Does anyone know where I can download the previous iCloud Control Panel for WIndows (version 2.1.2 I think)?

Windows 7

I tried uninstall, reinstall. change defalt directory as well as streaming on and off then log off and log in

but just share streaming appears but no new photoes.

I think new icloud 3 is causing issue.

one time 240 pictures came but mixed from past no new and showing these all in today's stream heading.

need help searching for two days but no success.

I just tried solution as below:

1, delete all your photo streams including shared streams( unsubscribe other shared streams) at your IOS devices or iPhoto on your mac, you can back up your photos in advance.

2, wait until all your devices sync as empty in your photostreams.

3, sign out at CP in your PC.

4, sign in at CP , take a pic to try if photo streams works.

I tried this workaround just now and it works.

( win7 64bit CP3.0, iphone4,5 ,ipad2, ipad mini with IOS7, ipod touch with IOS6)

I tried everything and this was the only thing that worked for me:

  1. Open Task Manager (ctrl, alt and delete) and end ApplePhotoStream.exe and AppltPhotoStreamDownloader.exe if they're running.
  2. Go to your Users folder and navigate to the following path: C:\Users\Dean\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MediaStream\ - Obviously my user folder is Dean but yours will be the user that you're logged into Windows as.
  3. Delete everything in that folder.
  4. log out of icloud, and then log in and re-activate the photos option
  5. it should start downloading again your photos

I have exactly the same issue.

De-install, re-install, I only get 5 pictures in my photo stream folder. The other share folders seems OK. They get all the pictures, BUT... I also found that some pictures, about 20 on 465, have the WRONG DATE. These are older pictures, and suddenly they get the day of the download!

What's going on? All these troubles strated with the last icloud control panel update. ALL was fine for a few years before this update!!

APPLE please FIX this!
