iTunes 64bit does not install on my windows 7 64bit PC

I heve tried several times to install iTunes 11.1 on my PC 64bit.

It always runs nicely until the last percent, and than it starts to Roll Back.

I already cleared the previous install from my disk, but it still doesn work.

Please Help!!!
