iBook Audio Problems

Sometimes the audio on the iBooks gets really loud, then quiet. Other times, the audio does not work at all. Is there a way to fix this?

Also, if I delete a book, can I redownload it, or do I have to pay again?

Are you referring to ibooks or audiobooks ? ibooks, as long as they remain in the store, can be re-downloaded via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the iBooks app ; but audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store.

If it's an audiobook and the sound quality isn't good then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
