Where is My Current Wallpaper Located?

I, recently, updated my 4S to iOS 7. I'd like to experiment with the different wallpapers to see which one looks best. The one I, currently, have and had set before the upgrade was the iOS 5 default wallpaper (water droplets). I notice that this wallpaper is nowhere to be found in the iOS 7 wallpaper settings. Clearly, it is stored somewhere on my phone. I'd like to be able to switch back to it if I want to stay with it. Can anyone tell me where, in my phone, this file is located and how I'd be able to retrieve it? Thanks.

The problem is simple - why do I have to go search for the back-up in the first place?

- I can see the photo on my iPad.

- Hence, the photo is stored somewhere on my iPad.

- So why should I have to go searching through a back-up somewhere else to access it??

That makes no sense.

Why does Apple feel the need to hide the photo from me, the user and owner of the photo?

Is there a work-around? As you pointed out, yes.

But it's completely unnecessary as far as I can tell and forces the user to go through unnecessary hoops.
