I received a video on a shared photo stream on iOS 7, but i can't play it, it keeps showing a "loading circle" like the one on youtube.
iPhone 4S, iOS 7
Same issue here.
Share videos to photo stream an it doesn't play on any other device. It just sites there forever spinning around and around (left overnight).
Tested on iPad 2 and iPhone 5s with iOS 7.0 and 7.0.1 respectively.
I'll been having this problem too guys. I've reported it to Apple who are having a consultation with a software engineer. As soon as they get back to me I'll let you know
