I was wondering if there was a version of Microsoft Access for the Mac computer. Most of the databases I have on my old computer are in Access and I need to be able to open them on my new Mac Book.

There's a new Mac App 'Access Database Manager' which allow you view MS Access database on Mac, and the App also allow you create or edit data with in-app purchase product.

No
There's no official MS Access on Mac now, but there are some third party developed App for MS Access, I am using 'Access Database Manager', not perfect but it can get things done most of the time.
