Scroll down to 'How do I purchase my current plan?' and expand the section applicable to your computer or device.

Thanks for your reply. I have already followed this link and gone through the process. The problem is that with my current 20GB plan ticked the "Next" button is greyed out, so I can't go any further. I've added a link below to my dropbox of a screen shot I have taken.

In the screen shots in the instruction their screen shows the ability to downgrade as well as upgrade and the "Next" button is live.
