Q: Renewing my storage plan

I have been sent several email reminders that my current 20GB plan ends on the 30th Sept and will revert to the standard 5GB on this date. I have tried to renew the 20GB plan but it won't let me. When I try to manage my account it shows me that my current plan is 20GB with an option to upgarde to 50GB. The 20GB box is already ticked but the "Next" button is greyed out. the message reads "Buy More Storage: You will be charged immediately and each year until you change or cancel your plan".

Does this mean that my current plan will automatically renew on the 30th Sept and don't have to do anything?

No. If you do nothing the free extra storage you have as an ex-MobileMe subscriber will disappear on 1 October.

If you wish to continue your current storage level, the instructions are here:

Scroll down to 'How do I purchase my current plan?' and expand the section applicable to your computer or device.

Hi Roger,

Thanks for your reply. I have already followed this link and gone through the process. The problem is that with my current 20GB plan ticked the "Next" button is greyed out, so I can't go any further. I've added a link below to my dropbox of a screen shot I have taken.

In the screen shots in the instruction their screen shows the ability to downgrade as well as upgrade and the "Next" button is live.
