iCloud with outlook

I have installed Outlook on my PC. I use an iPhone 4s. I have signed up for iCloud, and have told the iCloud control panel I want emails to go to Outlook. None of my emails get to Outlook, and my calendar will not sync with Outlook. I need some help here. I use Windows 7 and my iPhone uses iOS 7.0.
