Is there a support area for learning more about syncing iTunes?

I have a new Macbook Pro and have found a lot of informationabout syncing music etc, but little about syncing calendars, email, and contacts. Always end up with duplicates or data missing.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

These symptoms are typically a result of an issue with Sync Services.
