I have an iPad Mini, iPhone with IOS 7 operating system, and a Mac OS X, all syncing/running on iCloud as one user. If I purchase the 20G pakage do I pay three times the $40 yearly rate, or does the rate of just $40 cover of iCloud for all three of my devices?

I iCloud is shared across all the devices signed in to that same account. It is a single purchase.
