ios7 skype and viber microphone problem?????

After I installed ios7 people cannot hear me on Skype or Viber whether I m using earphones or the phone itself.When I pluged in the earphones the app did not ask me the permission to use the device.I uninstalled the apps and installed them again and still nothing.I tried the same earphones with Tango and it worked just fine.Does anyone has the same problem or has a solution to that???
