iPhone 5 + iOS 7: disable 3G

On my iPhone 5 updated to iOS 7 I cannot disable 3G anymore as I could do before. I can only disable 4G/LTE. I want to disable 3G because where I live there is a poor 3G signal but a very strong EDGE signal. Is there a way to restore the old function?
