I have been using MobileMe and now iCloud for many years starting when I had a UK credit card, which I no longer have, I also have USA and South African iTunes accounts but would rather use my me.com address but as I have an insignificant credit balance I cannot transfer the account to the South Africa where I do have a credit card?
