No manual configuration of mail accounts with Apple Mail 6.6?
In Apple Mail 6.6. it doesn't seem to be possible to manually configurate an imap account. There is no button "automatically set up account" to be deselected.
Can anybody help?

When you add the account, type in a bogus password, click continue, and when it comes back failed, click continue again to manually set the account up.
