Here are a few things to try:
Sign out of the iTunes Store account in Settings > iTunes & App Store
Quit the iTunes app:
Then restart and/or reset the iPhone:
If you have tried those two things, refer to page 146 in the iPhone User Guide to Reset All Settings:

Hopefully that will get you back on track ...
