How can I get the data from my computer to my iphone without running the risk of losing it?
I just upgraded to IOS 7 and my calendar is blank. My computer still has all my calendar data.

First you will want to backup your calendar and the first article will assist with that. The second article will let you sync your calendar data if you are not using iCloud. And the last article will assist with using iCloud and getting that synced up.
