Why is there such a lag on my messaging? The keyboard is lagging 20 seconds after typing only two letters. It takes 5 min to type a short message and send. Is there anything I can do on my end? I have rebooted my iPhone 4 since installing the ios7 upgrade.

Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
or
Settings > iCloud > Documents & Data: OFF

I not only had lag with typing letters but imessages wouldn't even complete. I didn't realize this until after not getting a response from the person. Had to send as text message instead. I don't know about this new operating system... Hmmm
