Can other people post photos on my shared photo stream

just created a shared photo stream with family members. Is there a way for them to also post photos to that shared stream?

sorry, but I don't see anything on the link you provided that says other people can't post to my photo stream, however this link below says you can, I just don't see where in iPhoto you can enable that option for people to post

Yes, if you allow it. When editing your photo stream to add or remove subscribers, you can turn on the option to allow subscribers to add to your shared stream. Subscribers can contribute photos and videos to your shared stream if they have an iCloud account and a compatible device with up-to-date software.
That is new with IOS 7 and requires IOS 7
These new features work on any iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 7, Apple TV with Software Update 6.0, or a Windows PC with iCloud Control Panel 3.0 installed.
