I cannot find where to sign into my itunes acct. All I get is the Apple Store. Can someone help me? My laptop where I have always plugged in my Ipads and Ipods would always load it up automatically. Not now though.

Download the latest version of iTunes (11.1) from http://www.apple.com/itunes
That should work
I have done that already and the a screen pops up that asks if I want to repair and install or remove itunes. What do I do?
Click on Install to make sure it updates.
