how do i hide prior podcasts that are in the cloud? They are cluttering up my iTunes podcast directory in the List format.

So I downloaded the most recent iTunes software, and I desperately want to go back to the old way of only have podcasts that I physically have downloaded onto my computer, but I cannot figure this out.
I now have a ton of podcasts from those that I subscribe to with the cloud symbol.

I don't want this.

I want a nice, clean screen that I can see only those podcasts that I have downloaded.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

I have the same problem (rather, the same irritant). It is not about Windows or Mac, it is about the fact that one can hide Cloud items in Music and other categories but not Podcasts and it is a mess. As well, Podcasts are now different Kinds, which means that they cannot be batch edited.

I have no answers but these issues have definitely been raised:

iTunes 11+ is dreadful and were that I did not need it for iOS 7, I would downgrade in a hot minute.
