Bluetooth not working with 2012 Toyota Tundra with 4S phone and upgraded to OS7 software

I too am having an issue with the my 2012 Toyota Tundra and the recent Apple iOS7 upgrade (on iPhone 5). While I can get the BT audio to play music (pairing is successful), the Phone (for handsfree operation) integration seems to be missing. The "Phone" Setup option, will not recognize the phone for hands free setup.

In additon to the Handsfree issue, when I use the USB connected to the iPhone, the system now displays "Error 5" and I am unable to use the iTunes from the phone via USB in the secondary AUX function.

Please not, that prior to the Apple iOS7 software upgrade on my iPhone 5, I have no issues and feature worked seemlessly.

I will post this as well on the Toyota website, as well as inform my local dealership.
