I just bought two iphone 5s' (one for me, one for someone else) and it doesn't even have an estimated shipping. Also it's been taking quite a few days to only process it.

No one in these user to user technical support forums could possibly know the answer to that.
If you just bought the phones at the time of your post then you're probably looking at waiting a little while. Apple shows October as the shipping date for any 5s. Of course, I don't work for Apple. So, you might get lucky and your phone will ship before you know it. All you can do is sit around and wait.
I ordered mine on Saturday 9/21 and just received a notice from ATT that my 5s is shipping today. I ordered the silver. Good luck!
