iPhone 4S WiFi greyed out.
My iPhone 4S WiFi is greyed out post upgrade to 6.1.3. I have tried 'reset network settings' option suggested but it still doesn't work. Please help.

This is the only support document that exists regarding the Wi-Fi being grayed out. If Wi-Fi is grayed out or dim on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If this does not help, you would have to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider, depending on your location, to have the device examined.
