i purchased a copy of Downton Abbey Season 3 and the first episode did not download properly. It's showing already downloaded and isn't letting me re-download. How do I get this episode into my library?

If you are looking at the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage then deleting the incomplete version from the TV Shows part of your library (i.e. where you would click on it to play it) should change it from 'Downloaded' to have the cloud symbol against it for redownloading.
