I was excited to see with this new upgrade it was boosting you could not turn off the find my iPhone feature. However, it falls a little short for me, since you can still just completely turn off the location services and disable this feature as well. Maybe using the Apple ID to do this as well would be nice...

what you have to do is set restrictions with a passcode so that location services cannot be turned off
Literally just figured this out after I posted this.. My ex is shady. Never tells me where the kids are, and a lot if the time I can't even talk to them when he had them. He habitually turns location services off, I hope this will deter him..
