For all of the people who are ordering recently and receiving their phones in short time, where did you order from? Your phone company or apple store?

I ordered from the Apple store. I ordered the gold 32 gig the day after launch and it will be here (Texas) Monday. UPS tracker still shows it sitting in China though. Last time I checked, the Apple store was advertising a 2-3 week delivery window. You might check with a salesperson at your local carrier store (e.g. Att etc.) they might be getting product a little quicker. Never hurts to ask.

ordered my gold 16 5s september 20 at 11am. and got my my phone october 10 it wasnt supposed to shipped out until the 21 of october and possibly come between the 21st or the 30 of this month. by the way i have ''AT&T''. SUPERRRRR EXCITED

I ordered 10/14 via apple website (gold 32gb). I have AT&T and it's currently in transit. It's supposed to be delived by EOD friday.

My gold 32gb is supposed to deliver tomorrow. It's been sitting in Korea for 2 days. I ordered on Oct 4.

You know you've been waiting for your new iPhone too long that now you're more excited that the new pink Realtree camo Otterbox for the iPhone 5 you already carry for work will deliver faster than the new iPhone. Oh, and it will match my the camo on my compound bow.

Ordered the gold in 64g on Sept 20 and I STILL don't have my phone yet. Not happy

My tracking from UPS says it should be delivered by the end of the day tomorrow yet it was in China a couple of days ago and has stayed that way until now...who knows. I'm really hoping to get it tomorrow tho!!

Musa94, Keep your hopes up! I watched my phone go from China to Inchon Korea to Anchorage AK to Louisville KY to Newark NJ overnight (insomnia). It was delivered by 9:30 AM.

Ehh?? How come your getting the iphone 5s gold 32gb earlier?? Are you from the uk? I ordered mine 32gb gold 5s on October 25/10, and my delivery date is 18-22Nov. :/ hope the same goes for me and it'll come early. + I'm in UK...

Download the UPS app and then sign up for UPS My Choice(free). Anything sent via UPS (Amazon, Apple, Target, etc) to your address links to the app and you can track your packages that way. You can have UPS send you denials too alerting you of major status changes like scheduled for delivery, out for delivery, and delivered. The app will also give you alerts too. It's very convenient.

My phone is delivering today via China, Korea, Alaska, Kentucky, and finally Michigan!
