Has anyones iphone 5s shipped yet??

Ordered my phone at 2 minutes past midnight on launch day, black 64gb, in UK. ORDER STILL SAYS PROCESSING!

Shocking treatment by apple to make me now wait until 10th October, 9 days short of a month, and several of my work colleagues upgraded on the Friday afternoon on launch via car phone warehouse site, and got there phones on Monday.

Apple just taking liberties with people paying good money and then being made to wait cause they never really had any stock.

If the order does not deliver in the next 7 days I'm just gonna cancel. £709 to wait 3 weeks, not me!

I Completed checkout at 1 minute past midnight on release. Im from UK and i ordered a White 16GB my order is still processing and get no help at all from apple customer support who just said you have to be patient. Which i could understand if i half arsedly went to town a few days after release and wanted one, but i was there at midnight on release minute buying one for £569. what the **** kind of serivce is it to wait 3 weeks for delivery

What i dont understand is who did get them delivered? did apple just start selling loads of phones even though they had NONE in stock .. i really dont undersatnd and would love an apple representative to explain themself, not that they will.

If mine doesnt arrive in the next few days im going to just cancel, not going to get d***ed around by anyone after spending nearly £600

What really annoys me is that the networks and shops such as carphone warehouse are shipping them already. How can apple justify such long delivery times!! Personally I will be cancelling my order this afternoon. This has convinced me to make the switch to Samsung. The S4 does appear to be far better than the iphone now.

Oh yea and iv already been charged which i am not happy about i thought you only got charged by a company when your item was dispacthed, seriously apple why are you not replying on this thread fairly sure your breaking some trading standards rules with this release

What time did you puchase yours, and was it from uk apple website?

I got my iPhone 5s Gold 32gb ATT yesterday and I ordered like at 12:04, it shipped out on the 23rd and was expected on the 27th at first then it said the 26th and when it arrived in Washington Seattle it said early delivery 25th.

hi i ordererd a 16gb white at 1 min past midnight on the 20th was told delivery 7th to the 10th of oct but it has now shipped and will be with me on wed the 2nd of october so well happy i am in the uk and ordered direct from apple web site 🙂

I tried ordering on Friday and even had stayed up to order. I gave up when it slipped to a later shipping date. I called around Friday after work and found nothing. Then went to an Apple store that was having its grand opening and got one. Your phones will come. The Apple store I got mine from said they are only getting a few at a time and they don't know when. Good luck. When you least expect it, things will start to happen. I was in your shoes before and it is aggravating.

Ok so mine just dispatched last night apparently woooop.

Anyone out there who ordered AFTER September 20th, who already received a shipping notification or delivery estimation better than "October"?

Still just says october! Ordered from the UK store. ~ £1,500 well spent.

Almost 2 weeks now and i think another weeks wait expected. First time online buyer. Probably the last too.

Everything else was easy. This is frustrating.

Ordered the 5s gold 64gb an hour after sales began. Received a vague October ship date and have had no further update. Really frustrating and unlike Apple.

Ordered mine on the 21st around lunch time and mine just says dispatched: October. So i dont have a clue when it will come, hopefully soon.

It was a Gold 32gb 5s by the way. 😊

That's what I want to know...I wasnt eligibile for an upgrade until 10/01 and thats when I ordered...so Im guessing it wont ship until end of October.
