Q: My iPhone is stuck in recovery mode

I had a customer with this issue today. Her issue was she needed to update her iTunes after that she was able to restore and update her device. If you have the latest iTunes installed let me know and I will see if I can pull up the page we was using to troubleshoot

Open iTunes on your computer and check for updates. It should pop up if you need to update. When was the last time you updated iTunes?  http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2529

I'm sorry. I would call in the morning and have someone troubleshoot with you.  Did you click on that last link I put? That's all I have.

You may have a Hardware issue, suggest a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider)

Be sure to make an appointment first...
