I am trying to download the new Itunes update but whenever I log in it just keeps bouncing back to the log on screen, the password is right can anyone help?

latley when i go to log onto my itunes account on my laptop it keeps asking me to log in. it does not say the password is wrong or anything and obviously i can log onto other itunes sites that require my password otherwise i would not be able to post in this forum.

has this happend to anyone else?

any suggestions?
