iphone5 mic won't work when using siri, speakerphone, and when recording video with front facing camera.
Hi guys, I recently got an iphone5, running on iOs7, but soon after I noticed it has this problem with the mic. My iphone5 microphone won't work when I am using "speaker" during a phone call, talking to Siri, and even when recording videos with front facing camera (Whether Camera App or Instagram Video, still doesn't work). But it does work well during phone calls as long as I don't use "speaker", and even when I use "Raise to speak" for Siri it works, and also when I deactivate siri and use voice control instead, it works just fine, when I'm recording videos using the back camera, it works. Voice memos also record normally, and google voice is able to detect my voice clearly. This seems to be a software problem really, however I do not know how to go about fixing it, I will appreciate whatever advice you can give me as I am unable to return the phone to an apple store, we have none in my country.
