Just adding a 'me too' from me. I have an iPad mini. My photos synced until 21 November and then all photos from then on stayed on my camera roll and the photo stream didn't update.

I turned the photostream off, which meant it deleted every single photo I've taken (about 736 but when I set it up it plopped the whole camera roll in, including photos I'd taken previously) then I turned it on again. Still no joy. I think I updated the latest bug fix on that day so I suspect it's the latest updates to ios 7 that have done it.

It's clearly not syncing at all because it hasn't deleted the photostream on my computer but, again, nothing after the morning of 21 November has synced.

Then again the wifi isn't great either. I have to manually switch between networks if I go somewhere else with it, even though it's set to automatic and in the instances I'm thinking of, already has the details it requires to sign in.

It's my first foray into all things Apple so I'm not hugely impressed.

    Cheers

    MTM

I am having the same problem.  We have 2 iphone 4s and an ipad mini.  They sync to each other and photos share but they no longer sync with my PC (Windows Vista).  They stopped syncing around mid-November.  Is there a fix in the works?

    "

Then after chat I decided to look at the photostream on my Air and there were 994 photos there.  My complete photostream and the new photos I took to test iphone and ipad were added to this.

So this appears to be a syncing issue in ios 7.  The photostream is complete in the cloud but doesn't get completely synced to ios 7.0.4 devices.

    "

EXACTLY! This is the precise behaviour i am experiencing. The photos are there, all 1000 of them in my icloud account, and i can see them by accessing iPhoto on my MBP. My iphone and 2 ipads only have subsets of these photos though, my iPhone only has the last 60 or so (since around the time i "upgraded" the iOS).

I am jumping on as well saying not working.  Two days ago it just stopped uploading pictures to my photostream.  I am on wifi.  Nothing changed.   I tried rebooting my phone, powering it off and on, turning off photo stream and turing it back on.  Nothing has worked.  Please fix, I use this for my business, if it doesn't work soon, I will have to find another phone that uploads photos wirelessly.

Update (11/26/13): I downloaded the latest IOS update for my iPhone (iOS 7.0.4) and all of a sudden, it seems as if the photos in iPhone camera roll are once again uploading automatically to my iPhoto November 2013 Photostream.  So, there appears to have been a brief "gap" in the auto upload feature, since corrected.  My advice: check software update on iPhone, take an iPhoto, see what happens.

I will update if I encounter any further problems.

I held off upgrading iPhone 4s to IOS 7 until 7.0.4.  Mostly pleased, but my photostream stopped working.

I had the same problem. Created an @icloud.com id, signed out of icloud panel and signed back in with this id and it started downloading pics to my PC.

Just read all 7 pages of this post!

I am having exactly the same issues as everyone else.

At first I thought Apple was just creating an issue for Windows users - but no - seems mac users affected too.

Next I thought ios 7.0.4 would fix it, but no - again, I updated to this a few days ago, and not a photo has been up loaded to my PC.

I thought it might be because I had over 1000, but as older ones were supposedly deleted, this would have been OK - still no recent photos.

I've changed locations for the photostream - no change - no photos.

Like most others on here, I have to connect my phone to the PC via USB, and copy them to a folder.

Obviously Apple don't intend to fix this... Can I go back to IOS6? - had no problems then.

Has anyone from apple said anything?

So your saying log into icloud on the desktop control with an apple id? and everything will change?

It did for me... I was signed in with my hotmail account. Created identical icloud account (except for domain of course), signed out, signed in with icloud and it worked like a charm.

So should I delete the iCloud on my PC and redo it using my Apple ID?  Actually, I think that is how it is already set up. Should I change my Apple ID and password?  Of course that will screw up all my games, etc...
