itune error 4002 when updating genius

When I update itunes genius I get a 4002 error. Any ideas?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5), 11.1.1

I have the same problem and it's driving me crazy. I feel like I've tried everything and it still won't work.😟
