Slow keyboard response after ios7 update. Any solutions?

Try resetting your phone:
Resetting Your Device: Hold the home button + the lock button for about 10-12 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose any data or current settings.
Reset your phone.
Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously and keep pressing them until the Apple Logo appears. Let the phone restart and see if this clears up the keyboard problem.
Others have found the keyboard lag can be cleared up by Resettng all Settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
It worked for a minute now it's back to slow response from the keyboard. It remembers everything I type but seems to be catching up. Instead of typing each letter it types a whole sentence all at once. It's kind of annoying!

Thanks to viper33ashes I got the work around for anyone else having the same issue:
"Goto Setting-->iCloud-->Documents and Data and disable it. No more frikkin lags now"
This seems to work - disablingDocuments and Data in I Cloud - or at least it's working longer than the last fix I tried. Thanks

it worked. thank you. hopefully apple can get a fix for this annoyance soon.🙂
I tried everything that was mentioned above & none of it worked, in the end I found out that a mailing address had got changed somehow, after rectifying this things now work perfectly.
Go to: Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > scroll down & check that your mail & contact default addresses are both the same.
I tried that and it didn't work. What did work is one of the next two steps:
1) remove any gmail accounts from Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars. You should see the problem go away after this.
2) if you add a gmail account do not toggle the contacts on. If i turn on mail and calendars everything works fine but as soon as I turn on contacts to sync from a gmail account the keyboard lags.
This needs to be fixed by Apple quickly, I now have no contacts on my devices.
The most proper way: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Keyboard Dictionary. This is the easiest and most proper way to fix lag on the keyboard.
