How can I Download iOS 7 again had an error?

I downloaded the ios7 update but did not get the free software KeyNote, Numbers, Pages, iPhoto and iMovie. How can I redownload or get this software? Thanks

My work bought 5 iPads on August 30th, 2013 for us to use in clinicals, education, presentations and patient care. Is there anyway to get the software that was offered 12 hrs later?
