Q: My notes will not back up to icloud

When backing up my iphone to my icloud the notes do not appear on icloud. What do I need to do?

    I've been having the same problem, had my Iphone lock up last sunday when downloading tha latest apple update. Went to the local Verizon store and they got that issue fixed, OPERATOR ERROR. At anyrate I asked the Verizon tech why my notes didn't back up. He tried for me and was unable to get the notes from my Iphone to backup to Icloud on my lap top.

    Today I was slooking for an answer and still couldn't find it. Then the light came on. If you check your Iphone or Ipad you will see several note accounts, one will ve iCloud. I copied one of the notes from my personal account to the Icloud account, went to settings on my iPhone and backed up the iCloud. There it was on  my laptop.

    Looks like only the iCloud account backs up to your computer, probably so you can save storage space in iCloud.
