Q: ActiveSync stopped working with Exchange server.  Domain, user, and password correct.  Locks at "Verifying".  Is there a problem due to the recent operating system upgrade?

I can't connect to the Exchange server at work via ActiveSync.  No changes have been made to the network.  It locks at "verifying" the account.  I've not upgraded the phone to the new OS; is this causing the problem?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3
