Content Channel Pause Issue with the AU Labs application on the XServe?

We have been running AU Labs on a XServe for 5-years on a call center. It connects to provide music on-hold to an Avaya interface through analog connections/RJ-45 to the ACM cards. We are finding that the AU Labs application will place itself into "Pause" mode occasionally even though the 'Autoplay" check box is selected. We have to go in and restart each paused channel manually. Anyone know of a bug and/or a patch that exists for this?
