Hello Greg,
Glad to hear you are enjoying the songs on iTunes Radio. You can add songs to your iTunes Wishlist a couple of ways.
If you are currently listening to the song, you can click on the ">" icon to the right of the song name to add it to your iTunes Wishlist:
Alternatively, if it is a song that has already played on a station you created, you can expand the station by clicking on the icon for the station, and you will see your play history to the right of "Play more like this." Right click (or hold control while you click) on the price of the song in the History list to add it to your iTunes Wishlist:

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
Best,
Sheila M.
What about on iOS 7? It doesn't work.
Yes. Thanks Sheila. I am using iOS7 and I am able to purchase but not add songs to my wish list from my History. I have reviewed your website suggestion and don't see a fix. Thanks.
here is the answer, on the now playing screen at the bottom there there is STAR icon, next to the pause and skip play controls. click the star icon and then you will have an option to add to wishlist. hope this helps!
That's what doesn't work. I know "how" to do it. The problem is it doesn't work - the song is not added to the wish list in the iTunes store app.
Thanks Evan. Bradley is right. The Star icon only shows for songs that are currently playing. After the song has played and it goes into your history, there is no way to add it to your wish list--you can only purchase it. Thanks for the suggestion though. G
Was a fix for this ever announced? I second the same problem where my wish list gets cleared out after a day or songs simply don't show up on my iTunes Radio wish list found under the "History" link in the upper left hand corner. I have found a work around but its very involved. Should be much simpler....
I'm having this same issue and this thread is months old. Is there a fix yet? Thank you.
As per Apples support page:
On iOS 7, you can't add individual tracks to your Wish List, only albums.

Wish we could add individual tracks.
I'm wondering what work around you're using for this issue. Thanks.
Which is very stupid on their part. Limiting something like this that's so simple and makes things easier for users isn't practical.
Thanks for asking this question... glad to see I can find it in iTunes... this was bothering me. However, agreed that the iOS7 thing is incredibly stupid. As a musician I'm offended that it's not possible to easily go back and see (on your mobile device) what you've starred (possibly, as I did, while doing chores) and then purchase later. What is the point of leaving out that functionality? Terrible.
