Can i download images from a website if the urls are in the following format and they arent linked to
EX:
example.com/galleries/2013/image/1.jpg
example.com/galleries/2013/image/2.jpg
Where the directory is not allowed to be vewwed?
Can I use automator? If so how? I have little experience using it
OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

How about the range of numbers? from 1 to ...? 10? 100? 1,000,000?
If the numbers are really sequential then a simple curl would be the easiest solution:
curl -O http://example.com/galleries/2013/image/[1-10000].jpg
Put that in an Automator 'Run Shell Script' action and you're pretty much set.
