Sep 27, 2013 5:21 AM in response to matt00by VakarianGirl,This is happening to me also, and I have tried all fixes recommended to no avail. It was happening with iOS6, iOS7, and now iOS7.0.2. When I tether my iPhone4 to my desktop and open iTunes, I can do everything except view apps on my phone. When I click apps, iTunes becomes unresponsive and then crashes. Windows then offers to send a crash report after verifying that it cannot identify the problem.
I have downloaded the latest version of iTunes and it doesn't make any difference either.
This is VERY irritating, because I can't manage my apps now. Can someone PLEASE let me know if there is a fix out there??

Oct 14, 2013 10:19 AM in response to VakarianGirlby JustinB007,this is happeneing to me as well......I have all the latest updates for itunes and my iphone 5s. It crashes when I click on the app button in itunes while syncing...... It is very frustrating.
Hopefully someone out there has figured out a fix??
