Upcoming Reduction of Storage on iCloud - email?
I had already upgraded my storage plan to 25GB, Why did I get an email telling me I'm using 12.2GB and that I will lose data on Sept. 30th when my complementary plan is reduced?
The left hand knoweth not what the right hand doeth. You are just getting automated messages: ignore them. If you purchased additional storage in the usual way then this has over-ridden your complimentary storage which ceased at that point; your extra storage will be renewed one year from the purchase.
