How do I download preorders? I either want my album or my money an iPhone team member needs to help their costumer ASAP!!!!

I experienced an issue a couple weeks ago for a Pre-order album as well. If your Pre-order has been released, follow the steps in the article below to check for available downloads. If it has been released but will not download, I would recommend canceling the Pre-order and download it again as it most likely has not been charged. This article will walk you though the process.
