Hi Duneclimb,
I found this thread and the problem seems similar to mine so thought I would post here first.
I am getting the same thing when I connect my iPhone to my Macbook. Itunes recognizes the phone and starts the sync process. Starts going through it's steps, slows right down, then after a few minutes the 'progress bar' speeds to the end and completes the sync. But when I check my photo albums those on the phone have not synced to the updated content of the album on the laptop.
I kept retrying but to no avail. Hence, I thought removing the photo's altogether might then allow me to start again and reload from scratch. However, even though I uncheck the sync photos box on iTunes, once the phone has gone through the sync process the photo albums are still on the phone. So it seems like I can't even remove albums never mind add or update any of them?
In terms of software, the phone and iTunes are updated to latest versions. The laptop's OS X is not the lateset though, think it's Lion.
Please advise what I need to do to fix this annoying problem?
Thanks,
Rob
