HOW TO Connect G5 to an HP2311x Monitor. ( G5 ADC outlet to DVI & VGA/HDMI Monitor )

I have a G5 I need to connect it to an HP2311x Monitor. How can I convert the G5 ADC outlet to the DVI & VGA / or HDMI outlet on the monitor. What is the best process? Can i convert the ADC to HDMI then go HDMI to HDMI ?! or do I need a splitter for ADC to VGA&DMI ? Pls HELP!

What cords / splitters / converters do I need to Buy?
