HP 4680 problems

Parent's HP C4680 printer quit working. I got another one but I can't get it to print. Tried installing the printer software again but this requires a password and my parents don't know it. Tried re-installing the OS 10.4.11 but this too requires a password

iMac, iOS 4.1

Hi,

Try leaving the password field blank and check if it accept it, if the administrator password still required and you cannot remember it you may try the steps below to reset the password and check if that may help:
