iTunes error

Question

I am receiving an error upon a starup upon iTunes both on a full computer off/on start. Restart and just quit and on. The error I receive with the iTunes icon on the top of it is "An unknown error occurred (-45054)."  I have not found any information on this error. Can you please help. This is one of the rare occasions when you should run Repair Permissions (not Repair Disk) in Disk Utility. Ignore the many false warnings that it produces.
