How to cancel a Genius Bar appointment

An appointment at the Genius Bar or where? If it's the Genius Bar, just go to your confirmation and see if there is a chance to cancel.

If you made the appointment via your iPhone, go to Stores on your Apple store app.

Select the store you booked your appointment at and go to My Reservations.

Click on your reservation, then you can cancel or reschedule the appointment.

this is so old that it doesn't work anymore. This system is so confusing that even working on it for 2 days - and visiting these communities did not help. I am really frustrated and losing some of my allegiance to Apple!

IF your issue is really the one stated int he title of the thread, on the Apple Retail Store page where your Genius Bar reservation is - there is a link below the "hero picture" of the storefront > Your Store Reservation -

IF your issue is MAKING the reservation, two ways are available:

• on your iOS device > The Apple Store App > Apple Store on the App Store on iTunes (thanks for reminding me babowa)
• Online:
  • Make one FROM your local Apple Retail Store page (below the above mentioned link)
  • begin from scratch here > Make a reservation - Genius Bar
